Lodge was sited to take full benefit of its natural forest setting on the banks of Deer Lake. It offers a secluded "away from it all" feeling which will encourage guests concentration and creativity. It was built with large windows and a vaulted ceiling to give the interiors a light filled airy feeling. Building materials were selected to blend in with the natural setting of the site.
The main floor is occupied by spacious open plan living areas containing a fully equipped luxury kitchen, adjoining dining area with seating for 10 people and a lounge area equipped with propane fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player and separate CD player. It also contains a spacious mudroom with flat exterior access from a covered carport. The mudroom contains a full sized washer and drier. The main floor also contains a half bath and one bedroom suite which is disabled adapted. The lounge and bedroom suite open to a large deck which offers outdoor patio furniture during the summer season.
The lower level contains a second full sized lounge area complete with wet bar and coffee making facilities and a home theatre system and satellite TV. It also contains two bedroom suites. All these rooms open to a large deck area which contains a hot tub which is available as an optional extra.
The upper floor contains the master suite, one further bedroom suite and a small sitting area on the large landing.
All our bedroom suites are en-suite, comfortably furnished and individually lockable. They feature high quality 100% cotton bed linen and high quality 100% cotton towels. All bedrooms are fitted with hypo-allergenic duvets, pillows and covers.
All the entertainment systems feature flat screen TV’s and a premium satellite TV package offering a wide range of programmes and some movie channels.
