Break out space

Our conference room, which was recently completed, is a purpose built, state of the art 500 sq foot facility. The room is roughly square in shape which gives great flexibility in layout. It has a carpeted floor, black-out blinds on all the windows, a range of lighting options to allow guests to adjust the lighting to suit the mood they are trying to create and a small wet bar for use as a coffee point which is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a small bar fridge and dishwasher. It opens onto a large deck area which has views out over Deer Lake.
All the expected meeting room equipment is supplied in the conference room including flip charts, white board/screen, marker pens and meeting stationary. The room is also equipped with a comprehensive range of audio-visual equipment including: ceiling mounted projector with wired and wireless computer link, DVD player and sound system and a satellite TV hook-up (if required). It also features a free wireless internet connection.
This facility will seat some 16-18 people boardroom style, around 24 - 26 in classroom configuration and up to 38 theatre style. Attached is a selection of possible room configurations although we will happily work with meeting organizers to develop a layout to suit the requirements of any particular meeting or conference. Lakeside Lodge itself has 2 separate lounges on different floors together with another smaller sitting area on a further floor and the dining area which can all be used as break-out spaces from the meeting. There are also outside deck and sitting areas that can be used for this purpose in suitable weather.
